We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Chip Design Lead with exceptional technical skills and leadership abilities to guide our team and contribute to delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of complex mixed-signal SoC designs from RTL to GDS2
  • Build and manage a team of skilled engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with external IP vendors to integrate blocks into the design, ensuring seamless integration and delivery
  • Oversee the entire design process, ensuring each aspect meets specified requirements and adhering to industry standards
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects at 16/14nm, 10nm, and preferably 7nm nodes
  • Experience with embedded processors, high-speed interfaces, and memory controllers
  • Strong understanding of digital design, timing analysis, and DFT principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to deliver results in fast-paced startup environments and drive tasks to completion efficiently
