Employing top-notch expertise in analog and mixed-signal design, you will be working on developing innovative architectures and circuits in CMOS processes.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of technology, architecture, circuit design, and parametric design trade-offs to meet stringent technical performance specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing high-performance analog and mixed-signal architectures and circuits
  • Analyzing technology, architecture, circuit design, and parametric design trade-offs
  • Designing and simulating transistors at the transistor level using industry-leading EDA tools
  • Leading comprehensive design reviews and ensuring that all designs are properly documented
  • Collaborating with digital design engineers, CAD, systems engineering, test engineering, and applications teams to ensure seamless integration of designs
  • Validating design through Monte Carlo analysis and root cause analysis for any issues found
  • Participating in silicon prototype bring-up and providing guidance on production release criteria

Requirements include:

  • M.S or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields or an M.Tech with 2 years of experience
  • A proven track record of taking at least one analog-mixed signal part to high-volume production
  • Expertise in circuit architecture development, writing detailed block-level specifications, and reviewing documents
  • Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools including Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, mixed-mode AMS tools, and Layout XL
  • Extensive knowledge of layout effects for circuit and layout design
  • Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members in design and layout tasks
