Visual Designer Intern

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our Marketing Centre of Excellence, AltDash. As a Graphic Design Intern, you will have the opportunity to design for stealth-mode startups, build campaigns for scale-ups, and see your work live in the real world.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing marketing visuals, social media assets, and brand-aligned assets for events and presentations.
  • Capturing content on a phone for real-time sports events.
  • Collaborating with the marketing, content, and product teams to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
  • Edit and refine designs based on feedback to ensure brand consistency.
  • Exploring UI/UX, Tech, and Strategy projects that interest you.

You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about innovation and growth. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while working on real-world projects.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.
  • A strong visual sense with attention to typography, layout, and color.
  • Interest in visual storytelling and creative problem-solving.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design skills across digital and presentation formats.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
