We are seeking a Senior Brand Creative Specialist to join our growing global marketing team. This role will involve leading creative ownership, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering high-quality visual content.

Creative Line Ownership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the creation of visual assets that drive business results.
  • Own and evolve visual direction for integrated campaigns, product launches, and executive presentations.
  • Review and refine creative deliverables from freelancers or internal partners to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.

Video Content Creation

  • Plan, script, and produce various video formats: product explainers, motion-led brand stories, technical demos, testimonials, and social content.
  • Operate across the full video production lifecycle—editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing.
  • Experiment with AI-powered tools to enhance workflows and accelerate production without compromising creativity.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience across visual design, video production, and digital creative execution.
  • Proven ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual content.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, DaVinci Resolve, and/or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and ability to build narrative flow across formats.
  • Experience working within a structured brand system and scaling it across regions or formats.
