Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer

  • The ideal candidate will bring concepts to life with high-impact motion design, animation, and visual storytelling that aligns with brand strategy and marketing goals.

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional in motion graphics design. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of visual communication, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments while juggling multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, video content, presentations, and advertisements.
  2. Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, video editors, and strategists to deliver compelling visual narratives.
  3. Translate campaign concepts into engaging motion design assets (2D/3D animation, typographic animation, explainer videos, etc.).
  4. Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints by working within brand guidelines.
  5. Contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and storyboarding.
  6. Optimize motion assets for different digital platforms (web, mobile, OTT, etc.).
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  8. Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation tools, and advertising techniques.

Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of motion design projects, including commercial and campaign work.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Solid understanding of timing, pacing, and storytelling through animation.
  • Familiarity with video editing, sound design, and basic compositing.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative creative team.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with UI/UX animation or interactive media.
  • Basic scripting or expressions knowledge in After Effects.
  • Experience working with clients from diverse industries.
