About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our organization as an Insurance Operations Specialist. This role plays a critical part in supporting our core insurance processes, delivering high-quality service to stakeholders, and helping us maintain operational excellence.
- Delivering meticulous administrative services to support business operations.
- Performing loss run pulling activities with accuracy and consistency.
- Managing policy data and implementing quality controls to ensure compliance.
- Processing daily transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Exhibiting effective change management skills to drive process improvements.
- Fostering collaboration across teams to achieve business objectives.
- Liaising with other departments as necessary to deliver excellent results.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, decision-making abilities, attention to detail, and a business process orientation.
In addition, the candidate should be flexible to work in different shifts and have moderate to excellent computer skills, preferably in MS Office systems.
Educational qualification: Graduation in any discipline is required. Previous work experience in the relevant industry is not mandatory.
