Financial Operations Role

This is a senior accounting position focused on banking and finance operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-learner willing to take on any task and a good problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with banks for banking operations, daily cash management across various bank accounts, production of daily MIS on liquidity, obtaining 15CA/CB, preparation of weekly payment summary, review of employee claims, credit card management, licenses procurement, monthly payment reports for accounting, assistance in financing deals, daily portfolio transfers, investor repayments, EMI repayments, reconciliations for India, journal entries using NetSuite for timely month-end close, timely payment of all statutory dues, partner with various departments on accruals, vendor management, contracts management, preparation and communication of timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports, monthly cash projections, annual external audit.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Masters in finance or related areas, 1-2 years of accounting experience in a similar position, handling banking transactions, fluent spoken and written English, highly entrepreneurial, proactive, excellent communication skills, data driven and analytical, understanding of Excel preferred.
