Seeking a highly skilled Lease Accounting Specialist to support our company's growth and success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our lease accounting process, in accordance with U.S. GAAP ASC 842.

This includes analyzing legal documents, determining lease classification, and reviewing lease classification testing.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all lease activity
  • Analyze legal documents to determine lease classification
  • Review lease classification testing to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP ASC 842
  • Collaborate with senior staff on a regular basis
  • Complete month-end close processes, including subledger work, general ledger entries, and internal and external financial reporting deliverables
  • Cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of lease transactions
