Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Relationship Manager to spearhead our real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience in identifying and sourcing high-yield deals, special situations, and lease rental discounting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and analyze real estate assets to determine their viability and potential.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, agencies, investors, and teams to structure and identify financing opportunities.
  • Develop pitches and structuring credit solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare information memoranda, analytical materials, and cash flow models for internal assessment and external investor presentations.
