We Are Hiring a Product Designer

Clinikk is on a mission to transform the healthcare and health insurance landscape in India. To achieve this ambitious goal, we are seeking an experienced Product Designer who will play a crucial role in shaping our digital products.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, systems thinking, and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive interfaces. They will be responsible for designing AI-first interfaces that assist doctors in delivering personalized care and supporting the usability of health insurance products.

About the Role

  • Designing Digital Products: The successful candidate will design and develop user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) components for multiple platforms, including web and mobile applications.
  • Collaboration and Communication: They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, physicians, engineers, data scientists, and insurance specialists to validate hypotheses and ensure successful execution.
  • User Research: The candidate will conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand doctor and patient workflows; synthesize insights into user journeys and personas.
  • Prototyping and Testing: They will explore and prototype new interaction patterns, including conversational UI, adaptive dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Accessibility and Compliance: The designer will ensure that all designs meet accessibility standards and comply with medical and insurance regulations.
  • Design Craftsmanship: They will own the design craft from low-fidelity sketches to polished UI and micro-interactions.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: The candidate will hire and mentor junior designers and define a design-driven culture within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in product/interaction design with at least part of that in consumer or enterprise tech.
  • Deep understanding of user-centred design principles, systems thinking, and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive interfaces.
  • Strong curiosity about emerging technologies and how they can transform healthcare.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
