About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Audit & Compliance Specialist to support our global IT audit and compliance initiatives. This role will involve coordinating with IT domain teams, gathering and validating evidence, and supporting internal and external audits.

The successful candidate will have excellent documentation skills, strong Excel/SharePoint abilities, and experience in IT audit, controls, or compliance roles. Familiarity with regulated industries and knowledge of tools like Archer or ServiceNow GRC is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with IT domain teams to gather and validate evidence for audits.
  • Support walkthroughs, gap analysis, and response preparation for internal and external audits.
  • Track status of remediation actions and support validation exercises.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize documentation readiness, recommend evidence sufficiency, and escalate control gaps as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • CISA or CRISC certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • ITIL Foundation or GRC platform exposure is a plus.

The selected candidate will have 5-12 years of experience in IT audit, controls, or compliance roles, with exposure to regulated industries being desirable. Excellent documentation practices, strong Excel/SharePoint skills, and familiarity with audit tools are essential for this position.
