Position: IFS Ultimo Consultant

We are seeking experienced professionals with hands-on expertise in a leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the solution's modules, configuration, integration capabilities, and implementation lifecycle.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that optimize asset performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the implementation and configuration of the solution's modules (e.g., Maintenance Management, Asset Management, Safety Management).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Customize workflows, forms, and reports to meet client needs.
  • Integrate the solution with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, IoT platforms).
  • Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
  • Participate in upgrade and migration projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with the solution in implementation, support, or consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of EAM principles and the solution's functional architecture.
  • Experience with the solution's configuration tools and scripting.
  • Familiarity with integration protocols (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
