We have a chance for an expert in software testing to work on the quality, reliability, and performance of our platform.

About the Role
  • Develop test strategies for backend services, workflow engines, and integration layers to ensure industry compliance.
  • Design and implement automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Execute manual testing for complex workflows and edge cases where automation is insufficient.
Key ResponsibilitiesTest Strategy & Execution
  • Collaborate with engineers to understand system architecture and identify risk areas.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and quality considerations are embedded early.
  • Work with product and operations teams to validate business logic and user flows.
Tooling & Infrastructure
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing and reporting.
  • Monitor test coverage, system performance, and error rates across environments.
  • Contribute to observability and alerting strategies to catch issues early in production.
Compliance & Security
  • Ensure testing practices align with industry regulations.
  • Validate permissioning, audit logging, and data integrity across workflows.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in QA or software testing, ideally in technical fields.
  • Strong experience with automated testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test integration tools.
  • Experience testing systems with AI/ML components or complex workflows is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
