About This Role

As a seasoned Tandem Developer, you will be an authority on Tandem Technology and Switching Platforms. You will lead by example, mentoring team members, collaborating with software developers, business analysts, and architects to design, develop, test, analyze, and resolve technical issues.

You will adhere to high-quality development principles, delivering solutions efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include defining project objectives, ensuring technical feasibility, delegating tasks, providing guidance as needed, managing risks, and developing contingency plans.

To excel in this role, you will require 5+ years of experience in Tandem TAL, Tandem-C, PATHWAY, FUP TACL BATCHCOM, and expertise in Nonstop SQL, Enscribe databases, and Switch experience BASE24 or CONNEX.
