Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle our daily accounting functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining account books and handling the preparation of vouchers and cheques.
  • Ensure all accounting records, files, and registers are properly maintained and up-to-date.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and reconcile both debtors and creditors.
  • Oversee and manage matters related to GST and TDS, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Handle billing, banking, and other general accounting duties, such as managing accounts and preparing financial documents.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the Tally system is mandatory for this role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GST, VAT, and TDS.
  • Proficiency in managing accounts, preparing financial documents, and performing bank reconciliations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with bank reconciliation, debtors, and creditors reconciliation is highly desirable.
