Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent analytical skills, who can partner effectively with other teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

About the Role
  • This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to review and approve contractor bills, ensuring accurate coding for financial reporting.
  • The selected candidate will record cash receipts to the proper account and update account reconciliations, providing valuable support to the finance team.
  • This position involves preparing and distributing customer invoices, while maintaining effective communication with internal teams.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies across teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze large datasets is essential.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in accounting and finance is preferred.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills, are necessary for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting systems, including NetSuite and SalesForce, is a plus.
