Our vision is to enable more investors to participate in unique and high-impact investment opportunities, driving positive and lasting change. We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer who can drive the user experience and interface design for our core Fintech product. This dynamic role requires a creative thinker who can create intuitive and user-centric product designs in Figma while also taking full ownership of our public-facing websites built on Webflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end design process for new product features, from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Translate complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and create data-driven user personas and journey maps.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful and functional user interfaces.

Web Development and Management:

  • Design, build, manage, and continuously optimize our company websites using Webflow, ensuring exceptional performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Architect and implement complex component structures and layouts within Webflow.
  • Manage and structure Webflow's CMS for various content types, ensuring ease of use for marketing and content teams.
  • Implement custom interactions, animations, and transitions to create engaging web experiences.
  • Integrate third-party tools and services into our Webflow sites as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building complex component structures and sophisticated interactions.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
