We are seeking a talented and innovative Digital Design Expert to join our team. As a key member of our digital product platform, you will play a crucial role in designing user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences that empower coaches and creators to monetize their expertise.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern design trends and the ability to design high-impact visuals that resonate with our audience. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to translate ideas into effective designs that drive user acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging social media posts that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Create conversion-optimized landing pages to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable design systems.
  • Apply a strong sense of color theory, typography, and layout design to deliver aesthetic and functional outcomes.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback to continually improve user experience and performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer / Visual Designer / Product Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, landing pages, and modern UI/UX designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma is a must.
  • Deep understanding of color usage, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Awareness of modern design trends and ability to adapt them to business needs.
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
