As a Process Developer/Management Trainee/Domanin Trainee/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for working as a P2P processor across all AP sub-activities. This role requires you to review and process invoices, provide resolutions, and ensure timely and accurate release of invoices for payment.

The responsibilities of this role include reviewing and validating basic essentials of valid invoices, such as supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number, and invoice date. You will also be required to follow up with requisitions (via calls/emails or tickets) to solve invoice issues as per the AP guideline.

This role requires you to think through how to reduce helpdesk queries and help in process improvements. You will need to adhere to internal compliance policy and guidelines established by management on daily operational activities.

Additionally, you will perform daily internal audits to ensure all invoices/queries are handled as per the guidelines.

The qualifications for this role include minimum Bachelor's Degree - B.Com, Accounts Payable domain experience, and ERP (SAP) knowledge is mandate. Excellent knowledge on ERP Applications, AP Workflow Tools, T&E Workflow Tools would be required in the candidate.

Focus on continuous process improvement and adaptability to change are essential skills for this role. A strong team player who believes in 'winning as a team' is also required.

Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls are key responsibilities of this role.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for this position.

Experience in ERP (SAP), AP Workflow tools, and T&E workflow tools is also a requirement.

A high level of attention to detail, organization, sense of urgency, and hard work are essential qualities for success in this role.

Strong domain experience in P2P is also an advantage.
