Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled software quality assurance engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing test cases, performing software testing, and ensuring quality assurance. They will conduct thorough testing processes, identify defects, and ensure the software meets the required standards. Collaboration with development teams to resolve issues and improve overall software quality is key, with some work from home acceptable as part of the hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test strategies
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality delivery
  • Identify, document, and track software defects
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Test Execution and creating Test Cases
  • Proficiency in Software Testing and Quality Assurance processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to work both independently and within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience with automation tools is a plus
