Job Title:

Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to develop, execute, maintain, and improve procedures, automation scripts, and infrastructure implementations to support our SaaS operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and leadership to Production Operations teams.
  • Implement team goals and deliverables as determined by Leadership.
  • Ensure smooth operations of our SaaS products.
  • Take ownership of Customer Implementations, including Service Level Agreements and Service Level Objectives.
  • Automate, enhance, and maintain critical processes in Cloud Operations.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong Linux knowledge & troubleshooting skills.
  • Scripting using Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.
  • Kubernetes, helm Charts.
  • Terraform, Ansible.
  • Windows Terminal Services, Active Directory, LDAP.
  • Change, Problem & Incident Management.
  • Implementation awareness of Vulnerability/Penetration Testing, Security.

Desired Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in cloud technology – AWS preferred.
  • Strong networking skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Math, or any other related discipline.
  • Must have RHEL, Kubernetes, AWS certifications.

This role involves working with talented DevOps and Cloud operations engineers and architects to deliver our SaaS product offerings to customers using exciting technologies. The successful candidate will be part of a high-performance Cloud/SaaS delivery team.
