Digital Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned business growth specialist to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in digital marketing agencies, with a proven track record of closing high-ticket projects.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Sales: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Client Communication & Relationship Building: Confidently lead client calls and meetings, identify business pain points, tailor pitches to their needs, and build long-term trust.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of new projects, and share feedback from prospects to improve our offerings and pitches.
- Experience: 2–6 years in a digital marketing agency in business development/client acquisition.
- Track Record: Proven success in closing high-ticket projects (websites, SEO, content, performance and digital marketing).
- Outreach Skills: Familiar with multiple outreach channels (cold email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
- Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
- Worked with international clients (UAE, Asia, US)
- Growth Opportunities: Fast-track to senior roles as we scale.
- Exposure: Work closely with the Founder, be part of strategy discussions, and contribute to our growth story.
- Location: In-office role at our headquarters.
