Job Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking tech-forward thinkers who can design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Optimizing server and database performance, implementing effective caching strategies will be key responsibilities.
  • Authentication and authorization will be handled using OAuth, JWT, RBAC.
  • Working with microservices and event-driven systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ is required.
  • Coding clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following SOLID principles will be essential.
  • Collaboration with DevOps to deploy, monitor, and scale services in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, and Azure is necessary.
  • Mentoring junior developers and conducting regular code reviews is a key aspect of the job.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging production issues to maintain high system reliability will be ongoing.
  • Contribution to and improvement of CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows will be critical.
  • Staying current with industry trends, backend best practices, and emerging technologies will be vital.

The role requires 3.5+ years of backend development experience, proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API design, and understanding of backend security standards and system design principles.
