We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Storage Solutions Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical support and guidance to clients on the implementation and management of storage solutions.

As a Storage Solutions Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of storage hardware and software, including NAS and Object systems. They will also have experience working with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of recent experience in a professional services position in an organisation that supports a client/server software environment
  • Strong understanding of storage hardware and software, including NAS and Object systems
  • Experience working with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
