Design Innovator

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Content: Design and update landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives that captivate audiences and drive engagement.
  • Social Media & Ad Creatives: Create engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives across platforms that resonate with our target audience.
  • Blog & Long-form Content: Design infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles that provide valuable insights and information.
  • Emails: Develop visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates that effectively communicate our message.
  • Print & Event Collateral: Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events that showcase our brand's personality and values.
  • Pitch Decks: Build sleek, professional, and brand-aligned presentations that help us win over clients and partners.
  • Video Editing & Motion Design: Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content and make it more engaging.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels to build trust and credibility with our audience.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in design, preferably in marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work that demonstrates your creativity and skill.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work and experience with tools for video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
  • The ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
