The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging assets for various marketing campaigns, including social media, events, and internal communications. A strong design sensibility, familiarity with current trends, and a desire to grow in the field of automobile branding and storytelling are essential qualities we're looking for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality designs for social media creatives, digital ad campaigns, offline collateral, seasonal campaign concepts, and internal communication materials.
  • Collaborate with content and video teams to develop compelling visual assets that tell a story.
  • Work closely with HR and department heads to communicate policies, updates, and initiatives through visually appealing materials.
  • Assist in designing presentations and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar for rapid prototyping.
  • Strong foundation in color theory, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Good understanding of formats for digital and print materials.
  • Awareness of Generative AI tools and workflows is a plus.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different brands.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a structured marketing environment.
  • Organized, deadline-oriented, and able to manage multiple brand guidelines.
  • A portfolio showcasing versatility, detail orientation, and creative thinking.
  • Positive attitude, openness to feedback, and eagerness to grow.
