- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, leveraging market trends, competition, and opportunities to position the brand effectively.
- Analyse market dynamics and identify key performance indicators for marketing success.
- Scientific Input Design:
- Conceptualize and develop scientific marketing materials such as visual aids, product information, and training resources.
- Collaborate with medical and regulatory teams to ensure accurate and compliant content.
- Product Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the lifecycle of key pharmaceutical products from launch to maturity, defining product positioning, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales forecasts.
- Field Force Coordination:
- Monitor and coordinate with sales teams across multiple countries, reviewing and analysing field team performance, generating daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Support sales teams with tools, training, and marketing inputs.
- Key Account Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and healthcare professionals, identifying new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Collaborate with business development teams to explore international expansion opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have a B.Pharm + MBA (Mktg.) degree with 5-7 years experience in Marketing functions with any Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Company. They should also possess a strong understanding of Pharmaceutical market dynamics, both domestic and international.
