Health Economist Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Health Economist to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in conducting literature reviews, analyzing data, and developing pharmacoeconomic models.

This role involves working with senior experts to collect model inputs, run country-specific adaptations of cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA) and budget impact analysis (BIA) models, and undertaking quality checks.

The ideal candidate will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present analyses verbally or in graphical, tabular, or descriptive form.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct literature reviews and collect model inputs
  • Run country-specific adaptations of CEA and BIA models including quality checks
  • Support senior modelers on development health economic decision-analytic models
  • Support the preparation of technical documents associated with the models
  • Disseminate findings through articles, posters, and presentations
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in life science or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in health economics or a related field
  • Strong understanding of statistics and advanced analytics
  • Proficiency in MS Office and VBA
  • Familiarity with one software (R or STATA)
