Job Title:

Servicenow Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled servicenow software engineer to lead our servicenow support team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement servicenow solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise on servicenow best practices for implementations.
  • Develop technical implementation strategies from business requirements.
  • Implement servicenow solutions in itsm, itom and itam applications/modules.
  • Proficiency in servicenow scripting languages (javascript), integrations (rest, soap), flow designer, workflows and virtual agent.
  • Experience in cmdb and service level management.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of servicenow architecture and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in working in agile projects.

Skills:

  • Servicenow development.
  • Itsm/itom/itam modules.
  • Servicenow scripting languages (javascript).
  • Integrations (rest, soap).
  • Flow designer.
