Servicenow Developer Role

As a seasoned Servicenow developer, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective solutions.

You will design, develop and implement Servicenow applications, modules and integrations to meet organizational needs.

With expertise in customization and configuration of Servicenow, you will ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Leading and mentoring junior developers, you will foster a collaborative environment within the team.

Staying current with industry best practices and emerging trends, you will recommend and implement improvements as necessary.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will integrate Servicenow with other enterprise systems for seamless data flow and functionality.

Participating in planning and execution of Servicenow upgrades and enhancements.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Servicenow developer on the Servicenow platform.
  • Deep understanding of Servicenow architecture, design and best practices.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and excellent scripting skills.
  • Strong expertise in Servicenow CSM implementation and development tools, including Configuration Workspace, Workflow Editor, Form Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal and GenAI.
  • Servicenow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS CSM) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, keen attention to detail and effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
