Workforce Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant with expertise in volume forecasting, advanced scheduling, and workload planning to enhance our team's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective volume forecasting strategies using WFM tools to accurately predict staffing needs based on historical and real-time data.
  • Configure and optimize advanced scheduling solutions to align workforce supply with business demand.
  • Design and implement comprehensive workload planning strategies to optimize labor allocation across teams and locations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and deliver scalable WFM solutions.
  • Provide support for testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization of WFM projects.
  • Train end-users on best practices and ongoing usage of forecasting and scheduling tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven hands-on experience in WFM with focus on forecasting, scheduling, and workload planning.
  • Strong understanding of workforce optimization in retail, healthcare, or service-based industries.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable staffing plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in WFM implementations or managed services is highly preferred.
