Job Title: Senior Technical Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Architect to lead our engineering teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading large-scale development projects and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in backend technologies, with expertise in software architecture design, cloud platforms, and leading development teams. This role requires hands-on experience in multiple tech stacks, including Nodejs, Reactjs, Python, and Cloud platforms (preferably AWS).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions architecture support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in technical implementations.
  • Leverage expertise in multiple tech stacks to enhance project accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
  • Oversee development teams, ensuring best practices and technical guidance.
  • Conduct training sessions and mentor developers on technical best practices.
  • Ensure coding standards, design principles, and architectural best practices are followed.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience working with multiple backend technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following tech stacks:
  • Nodejs OR MEAN
  • Reactjs OR MERN
  • Python
  • Strong experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with design patterns and best software architecture practices.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to balance detail and big-picture perspectives.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and API design best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-based solutions in backend applications.
  • Prior experience in performance optimization and security best practices.
