">Job Description:

As Principal Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing system architectures for engineering projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop system architectures for engineering projects
  • Define technical standards and guidelines for development teams
  • Bring architecture and designs into problems that meet current and future needs

Hands-on experience required with ability to sit and work with engineers to code complex problems/debug and find software issues within a short span of time/propose remediation options and provide permanent leadership.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams/review and approve system designs and implementations/ensure alignment with architectural vision/present new ideas in conferences/write papers/blogs and oversee integration of new technologies and methodologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions/oversee integration of new technologies and methodologies/identify and address system performance issues/optimize code/architecture and infrastructure/conduct regular performance reviews and capacity planning.

Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies/ensure compliance with industry standards/regulations and security best practices/work closely with internal and external stakeholders and provide regular updates on architectural decisions/progress and improvements.

A successful candidate must have 15+ years of experience in architectural roles in engineering or technology-driven environments.

  • Deep understanding of software engineering principles/system architecture and large-scale system integration
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering complex technical projects
  • Experience working in multiple technology and business problem domains
  • Strong command of programming languages/system architecture/cloud platforms/infrastructure as code/CI/CD & DevOps and databases

A Bachelor's degree and Master's in Computer Science/Software Engineering or a related technical field is a standard requirement.
