Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to excel in patient-facing counseling and hands-on clinical skills.

About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough consultations, review medical histories, and ensure accurate electronic health record documentation.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, IV protocols, and regenerative therapies using clear and empathetic language.
  • Build trust with patients by addressing their queries before, during, and after treatments.

Clinical Support:

  • Efficiently set up IV lines for pain-free insertion.
  • Oversee IV infusions and regenerative therapy administration according to established protocols.
  • Support physicians in minor procedures, injectables, and surgical preparation as needed.
  • Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly in emergencies.

Pre- & Post-Treatment Care:

  • Ensure patients are well-prepared for procedures, including pre-treatment clearances and education.
  • Provide post-infusion guidance, including hydration, medication, and activity instructions.
  • Follow up on recovery progress and ensure seamless patient handover.

Team Collaboration & Training:

  • Collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and front desk staff for smooth patient journeys.
  • Participate in skill-enhancing sessions, mock drills, and ongoing training to maintain top-tier clinical performance.
