Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our healthcare initiatives. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in uncovering meaningful insights from large-scale health data sets to drive better healthcare decisions.

You will work closely with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments across Australia and globally to deliver high-impact outcomes using advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data (RWD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products by applying advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Build and optimise automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productised solutions that align with our platform vision.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).
