Manpower Recruiter Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manpower Recruiter to source and mobilise skilled workers for Europe through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Recruitment: Identify, attract, and recruit blue-collar workers in construction, manufacturing, hospitality, logistics etc. for Europe through B2B tie-ups and collaborations.
  • Business Development: Establish and maintain relationships with manpower agencies, technical training centres, and other stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
  • Recruitment Cycle Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, to final selection.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in international blue-collar recruitment with a focus on Europe.
  • Familiarity with trade testing, skill assessment, and technical evaluation procedures.
  • Proven track record in B2B sourcing, partnerships, and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of international recruitment processes for blue-collar workers.
  • Ability to manage bulk hiring within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
