Job Title: Cyber Security Executive

  • Job Purpose:
  • Lead the identification, evaluation and reporting of information security risks, cyber security risk and align the security posture of the organization to effectively protect its information assets.
  • Cyber risk and intelligence: Stay informed on evolving security threats, security operations: Real-time analysis of immediate threats and incident response when necessary.

  • Enhance cyber security and resilience through a robust framework.

  • Ensure compliance with latest regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular cyber security audits.
  • Review and analyze data leakage detection findings.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing according to regulatory requirements.
  • Support CISO in implementing key security initiatives:
    • End Point Backup Solution.
    • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
    • Patch Management activities.
  • Implement ISO 27001.
  • Lead and manage the Security Operations Centre (SOC).
  • Provide strategic direction to the SOC team and organization for security posture improvements.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.
  • Ensure process adherence and improvement to achieve operational objectives.
  • Regularly assess current information security/cyber security practices and systems and identify areas for improvement.

  • Create and manage information security/cyber security awareness training programs for new employees.
  • Review, update and provide recommendations on information security policy, cyber security policy and standards.
