Java Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Team Lead to oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of our software applications.

About This Role

This is a leadership role that requires strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies. As a Java Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery, planning, execution, control, and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Skills: Java J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Deployment and Cluster Application Architecture
  • Team Leadership: Manage team members, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Project Development: Oversee the development, production support, and maintenance activities.
  • Customer Interface: Lead customer interactions, address issues proactively, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have hands-on experience with mobile application design and development using Android Studio, Kony Visualizer, and Kony Mobile Fabric. Additionally, you should be able to manage teams, assign tasks, and ensure timely deliveries. A strong understanding of mobile security insights and project management principles is essential.
