We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Airaavat HR team in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the initial core team of a high-potential brand specializing in pure handwoven sarees.

This role offers exposure to international markets and the opportunity to work with some of the most exquisite weaves in the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Customer Engagement: Provide a premium shopping experience by understanding customer preferences and guiding them to the right products.
  2. Merchandising and Inventory Management: Curate and maintain attractive saree displays to highlight key collections and ensure accurate inventory management.
  3. Sourcing Expertise: Identify the best manufacturers and clusters for sourcing authentic, high-quality silk sarees and travel to weaving hubs for quality control.
  4. Exhibition Representation: Travel to national and international exhibitions to represent the brand and sell effectively to diverse audiences.
  5. Market and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on weaving techniques, regional specialties, and emerging trends in silk sarees and contribute insights to enhance product offerings and collections.

This role requires over 10 years of experience in saree sales, store merchandising, and sourcing, along with a passion for traditional Indian textiles. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of pure silk sarees, including weaving techniques, zari types, and regional specialties.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is around ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
