Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in analyzing product costing, process cost, and standard costs to optimize operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Analysis: Collects, classifies, and analyzes cost information for products and services to understand actual costs and variances from standard costs.
- Standard Cost Development: Establishes and maintains standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead in the accounting system.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assists in the development and maintenance of annual budgets and forecasts, and prepares detailed cost reports.
- Variance Analysis: Analyzes actual costs against budgeted or standard costs to explain differences (variances) and identify areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Cost Accounting, or related field.
- 10-15 years' of experience in costing and financial analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
