Job Summary:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of M&A deals criteria to analyze and determine whether specific transactions meet the database inclusion standards.
  • Financial transactions covered by the research analyst include global mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity/Sponsor deals, etc.
  • The research analyst will work on advisory claims to identify missing deals in the database and credit advisors and their deal teams correctly as per their role resulting in successful publication of advisory rankings.
  • The research analyst is responsible for mining, synthesizing, and analyzing financial information, and publishing deal reports on various financial transactions using publicly available information through various websites, annual reports, and databases.
  • Maintain and expand the historical M&A database to ensure completeness and provide a consistent high standard of data and analysis.
  • Work on zero-defect quality checks to ensure database quality is maintained.
  • Collaborate with seniors and managers while working on projects and adhere to daily MIS systems to keep management updated with the current project status.
