Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned financial analyst to join our research team. The ideal candidate will conduct in-depth analysis of investment products and provide expert recommendations.
- Track, analyze, and evaluate performance of various investment schemes across different asset classes.
- Conduct quantitative analysis: alpha, beta, Sharpe ratio, information ratio, drawdowns, rolling returns, capture ratios, and consistency metrics.
- Perform qualitative assessment of fund managers, investment philosophy, and risk management practices.
- Monitor portfolio positioning, sector/market cap exposures, liquidity profile, and churn across managers.
- Compare fund strategies against benchmarks and peer groups; identify outperformers and laggards.
- Strong grasp of financial markets, asset classes, portfolio management, and risk analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, financial modeling, and Bloomberg/Refinitiv/Morningstar/ValueResearch tools.
- Proficiency in quantitative techniques – regression, risk-return metrics, factor attribution.
- Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights for decision-making.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for investment products.
