As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting deep financial analysis of issuers across various industries, building dynamic financial models, and creating clear and concise reports to support investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis of issuers, including capital structure, covenant, and cash flow assessments.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models covering three-statement forecasting, scenario analysis, and recovery modeling.
- Create clear and actionable reports, relative value assessments, and recommendations to support investment decisions.
- Monitor existing portfolio positions and update models based on earnings, event-driven developments, and market shifts.
- Identify early warning signals and risk factors at the company, sector, and macro levels.
- Collaborate with investment teams to integrate advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled insights into research workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in credit research, investment banking, or asset management.
- Strong academic background; CFA, CPA, or MBA in Finance preferred.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and covenant analysis.
- Familiarity with high yield, distressed, and investment grade markets.
