Job Title: Administrative Associate\

Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and arrange travel arrangements, accommodations and transportation for business trips.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including inventory management and office upkeep.
  • Maintain organized records such as office supplies, correspondence and other documents.
  • Administer and manage administrative related tasks and accounts.
  • Maintain and oversee the Company Guest House.
  • Coordinate and prioritize schedules and appointments of Senior Executives.
  • Organize team events and functions.
  • Prepare timely presentations, proposals, data sheets and reports as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an Administrative role preferably from the Hospitality or Travel industry.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
