Job Title: Creative Visual Communications Specialist

Description:

This role involves utilizing creative skills to develop engaging visual materials for various purposes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to think outside the box.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with changing design standards and client guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members through email, chat, and proactive communication.
  • Meet daily targets set by clients and manage work scope accordingly.
  • Collaborate with designers, multimedia specialists, graphic artists, and programmers to achieve project goals.
  • Create graphics that illustrate complex technical concepts using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Develop storyboards and mechanicals for video production using Illustrator or InDesign.
  • Design interactive graphics and videos using various tools and software.
  • Provide feedback on team members' work to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Maintain a daily plan sheet and adhere to core working hours.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and users through excellent customer-focused communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree with relevant experience and skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience creating icons and infographics.
  • Digital illustration skills are an asset.
  • Able to create storyboards and large numbers of graphics quickly.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of human-computer factors and interface design.
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
