**Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist**

Description

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to create engaging visual designs for digital and print media. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our creative and marketing teams to enhance brand presence and user engagement.

The role involves designing impactful creatives for digital campaigns (social media, banners, emailers) and print assets (brochures, posters, packaging). This includes leading assigned design projects from ideation to final output, upholding brand guidelines, typography, color, and visual standards.

Key responsibilities include revising and adapting designs based on feedback, coordinating with marketing and content teams on concept development and execution, and staying updated on design trends to propose fresh ideas.

A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva is essential. Experience with motion graphics/video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro), basic UX/UI skills, and ability in photography and image retouching are desirable.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years' professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with projects spanning digital and offline channels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with animation software.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles.
