Job Title: AI Innovator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

About the Role:

  • To design and develop Generative AI models using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LLM (Large Language Models).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our existing product suite.
  • Maintain and improve existing AI models, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
  • Work closely with data scientists to collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets for AI model training.
  • Develop and deploy containerized AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning/Deep Learning with a minimum of 2 years in Generative AI solution development.
  • Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and other ML/DL libraries.
  • Solid understanding of LLM training/fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, and instruction tuning.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering and evaluation of model outputs.
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases and indexing pipelines for semantic search.
