Key Responsibilities

We seek a skilled Artificial Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms and GenAI-based solutions.

  • Research and development of new AI models
  • Testing and fine-tuning existing models to improve performance
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration into healthcare workflows

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
  • Solid background in Computer Science and Algorithms
  • Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG systems
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field
  • Proficiency with AI frameworks and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Prior experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate)
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong software engineering practices including version control, CI/CD, and API development
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
