Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in both frontend and backend technologies, particularly in Java, Groovy, and modern UI frameworks such as React and Angular.

Requirements Analysis & Design:
Understand requirements from multiple documentation sources.
Assist Architects in design activities and provide accurate effort estimations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals and technical solutions.
Development & Testing:
Adhere to established program standards and coding best practices.
Perform hands-on coding, unit testing, and behavior-driven development (BDD).
Follow stringent source code control procedures.
Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Process Adherence:
Comply with development processes and methodologies.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely updates and delivery.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship:
Mentor and train new and existing team members.
Foster teamwork and support colleagues in achieving shared goals.
Project Reporting & Ownership:
Maintain accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables.
Track progress, report status, and proactively raise risks/issues.
Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Architects, and Product Owners.
