Role Overview

As a Senior Programmer Analyst / Lead – Backend, you will design and develop scalable SaaS microservices on .NET Core. You'll work on cloud-native architectures, event-driven systems, and high-performance applications, contributing to the reliability and scalability of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Architecture & Development

  • Design, build, and maintain SaaS microservices using .NET Core & C#.
  • Apply design patterns, architecture principles, and development best practices.
  • Deliver high-quality, secure, and well-tested code.

System Performance & Scalability

  • Optimize performance using multithreading and event-driven programming.
  • Build highly available, fault-tolerant systems.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for critical services.

Cloud-native Engineering

  • Work on Linux-based cloud deployments.
  • Ensure efficient integration with public cloud APIs (Microsoft, Google, AWS).
  • Take ownership of service reliability and operations.

Collaboration & Ownership

  • Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with global DevOps and QA teams.
  • Drive improvements in scalability, reliability, and deployment practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of backend development experience.
  • Proficiency in .NET Core with strong C# skills.
  • Experience in multithreading and concurrent programming.
  • Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Experience with Linux environments.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Graph APIs, Google Workspace APIs, or AWS S3 APIs.
  • Background in SaaS backup platforms, cloud storage, or data protection.
